By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect for appointment times, and the smooth running of our business.

 

Appointments & Cancellations

- We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will also incur a fee.

- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

As a small business, missed appointments and short-notice cancellations greatly impact our schedule and other clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

Card Details & Booking Security

When booking an appointment, card details may be collected for security and booking protection purposes.

- Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

- Charges will only apply in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy if necessary.

Payments

Payments made in the salon can be completed via: CardCashPayment is required at the completion of your appointment.

Aftercare Responsibility

- Aftercare is an important part of maintaining the quality and longevity of semi-permanent beauty treatments, including lash and brow services. Clients are provided with aftercare advice and recommendations where necessary.

- Please note: Proper maintenance and aftercare are the responsibility of the client.

- Beauty By Loli is not responsible for the longevity or outcome of treatments where aftercare instructions are not followed.

- Results may vary depending on lifestyle, skin type, hair growth cycle, and maintenance routine.
